"Drinks Were Pricier Than I Expected"
I knew the drinks might be a little expensive, but they ended up costing way more than I expected. It kind of took away from the experience because I didn’t feel like the prices matched what we were getting.

"Frustrating to Use"
Like I said, the pages lag a lot and it gets annoying after a while. The app has crashed on me more than once, and like I said, the checkout process is just confusing when it should be simple...

"Food Was a Letdown"
We had a fun day overall at Kentucky Kingdom, but the food situation was disappointing. If you’re just looking for quick amusement park snacks, it’s probably fine, but if you’re hoping for an actual decent meal, the options felt limited. It was mostly fried food, pizza, and overpriced snacks. The stuff we got tasted kind of old and dry, like it had been sitting out for a while. I also didn’t see many lighter choices or kid-friendly meals that felt worth the money. For the prices they’re charging, I expected better. We ended up leaving still hungry and grabbed food somewhere else afterward

"Decent day, but a little pricey"
We had an okay time at Kentucky Kingdom overall. Some of the rides were actually really fun, but with a few things closed and some lines being longer than expected, the ticket price felt kind of steep for what we ended up doing. I think if you can find a deal or have a season pass, it’s probably a much better value. Paying full price though, I’d probably think twice because it just felt...

"Season pass didn’t really feel worth it"
We got the season pass this year, but the benefits felt limited. I’m not sure how to explain it, it just didn’t feel like we got enough out of it to make it worth the cost for us.

"Long wait to get in"
Getting in took way longer than it should have because the ticket scanner kept failing. For what I paid, I expected the process to be a lot smoother. It was frustrating to start the experience that way...

"Staff wasn’t very friendly"
We went to Kentucky Kingdom and the staff didn’t seem too happy to be there. Every time we asked a question it felt like we was bothering them. A couple people was kinda short with us and not really helpful at all. It made the day feel kinda awkward, which was disappointing for how much we paid.

"We went in expecting a full day..."
We went in expecting a full day of rides and fun, but it felt kind of like a bait and switch. So many rides were either closed completely or kept stopping on and off, and that made the lines for the few open rides way worse. A few areas also looked like they could use better maintenance. For what we paid, it was disappointing, and we ended up leaving earlier than we planned.

"Not nearly as shaded as they make it sound"
I spent half the day just trying to find somewhere decent to sit. The wording made it seem like there would be shaded areas or at least enough spots to cool off, but that was misleading. Shade was almost impossible to find, and it made the heat feel so much worse than it needed to be.

"Didn’t feel safe, and the policy excuses didn’t help"
I didn’t feel very safe using the site or visiting. The security info wasn’t clear, and whenever I had questions it felt like everything was brushed off with some kind of “that’s our policy” excuse. Maybe it’s totally fine, but it didn’t give me much confidence at all. I wouldn’t really trust it again.

"Fun for the Kids, But Too Much Waiting"
I took my two kids and they had a good time, especially on the smaller rides and in the water play areas. The park felt safe, and it was easy enough to get around, which I appreciated. That said, it was frustrating having to wait around so much, especially when some of the kiddie attractions were closed. The food was also really overpriced for what it was. Overall, it was a decent day out, but for the money, I expected a little more.

"Not the best visit"
The place was kind of a letdown. The lines were way too long, the bathrooms were dirty, and it felt like half the slides were closed most of the time. We tried to make the best of it, but it got frustrating fast. Probably wouldn’t rush back

"Got Bored Quick"
Most of the rides felt kinda old, and there really wasn’t much variety to keep things fun. After a little while, we were just walking around looking for the next thing to do, but nothing really stood out. We ended up getting bored fast, which was a bit disappointing for the day out.

"Locker and rental hassle felt avoidable"
Getting a locker ended up taking way longer than it should have, and the rental process was confusing. I kept having to walk back and forth to figure things out, which got frustrating fast. It just added a lot of avoidable hassle to the day...

"Not Exactly a Family-Friendly Day Out"
Took my kids here thinking it would be a fun family day, but wow, it was kind of a mess. The lines were pure chaos, like the “No One Knows What’s Happening” parade, and the staff acted like we were bothering them just by asking basic questions. Some areas felt way too rough for younger kids too, definitely not the cozy little “family fun zone” I was expecting. We ended up leaving early because everyone was stressed and over it.

"Pretty dirty and not well maintained"
The park just felt really unkept. There was trash around, the tables were sticky, and some of the rides looked like they hadn’t been taken care of in a while. Kind of disappointing overall.

"Long Lines and Felt Like Extra Costs Everywhere"
The park was way too crowded the whole day. The lines were crazy long for almost every ride, and it felt like we spent more time standing around waiting than actually doing anything fun. On top of that, I kept feeling like there were little extra charges popping up everywhere, which made me wonder if they were kind of sneaking in hidden fees. We left annoyed and it just didn’t feel worth the money for us.

"Just a warning for anyone thinking…"
Just a warning for anyone thinking of going for a special event here: the entertainment was underwhelming and didn’t feel very well planned. We were hoping for something fun and engaging, but it fell flat quickly. The kids got bored fast, which made the whole visit a bit disappointing.

"Really frustrating if you need accommodations"
I had a bad feeling about the accessibility situation before we even got there. I was trying to find clear info ahead of time, and it just felt buried or unclear in a way that made everything more stressful than it needed to be.
Once we actually needed help, it felt like we were kind of on our own, asking different people and hoping someone knew what to do. There wasn’t really a simple, obvious process, and that uneasy feeling just kept building.

For somewhere this large, accommodations really shouldn’t feel like an afterthought. I left feeling disappointed and upset about the whole experience

"Parking Was a Hassle"
I was not really happy with the parking. It cost too much and finding a spot wasn’t easy at all. I thought it will be simpler, but it just made the whole visit more stressful.
